Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose: Private car service provided by VTC4YOU to/from Toulon, Hyères, La Garde, and the Var/PACA region. 2. Booking: Request via phone/WhatsApp/email/form; written confirmation; deposit/payment possible; accuracy of information (times, addresses, passengers, luggage, child seat). 3. Prices & Payment: Prices include VAT; tolls/parking extra if not included; payments: credit card (onboard/online Stripe), Apple Pay/Google Pay, cash (legal limit); invoice upon request. 4. Waiting, Delays & No-Shows: Up to 30 minutes of free waiting time at train stations/airports; beyond that, a fee will be charged; no-show after 20 minutes without any contact. 5. Cancellation: Free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; less than 24 hours in advance: fee up to €100 depending on costs. 6. Luggage & Children: Client is responsible for luggage; illegal/dangerous items are prohibited. Child seat/booster seat available upon request. 7. Behavior & Safety: Refusal of service may occur in case of dangerous/illegal behavior; seat belts are mandatory; pets are allowed with prior agreement. 8. Liability: Compliant transport insurance is required; no liability for delays due to external causes. 9. Personal Data: See Privacy Policy: /privacy-policy/. 10. Applicable Law – Disputes: French law; amicable resolution will be attempted; jurisdiction of VTC4YOU's registered office.
